Faces of Michigan CHCs

Michigan Community Health Centers are the Health Care home for over half a million individuals across the state.

Currently, 32 organizations provide comprehensive health care at over 160 delivery sites, ranging from medical care to behavioral health care to pharmacy services - and everything in between.

These stories bring to life how Community Health Centers benefit patients, families, and communities, and what they mean to board members, providers, and staff.
