Position Summary:
Family Medical Center of Michigan is seeking a full-time physician assistant to join their group. This position will be based at its Temperance Center located in Temperance, Michigan, in Monroe County south of Detroit. The Temperance Center is the largest of the five clinical centers of Family Medical Center and provides not only primary care services, but behavioral health and OB/GYN services. The center is adding 18,800 new square feet to accommodate a new dental service and added demand for primary care services.
Qualifications:
A successful candidate will have excellent rapport and be comfortable with issues common in the providing care to the Medicaid population and the uninsured. Two or more years of experience as a PA required but will consider a highly motivated recent graduate of a PA program.
