Position Summary:
The President/Chief Executive Officer of Baldwin Family Health Care is the Health Center's corporate leader, responsible for planning, championing its mission with staff and its communities, building relationships with community partners, and ensuring the continued excellence of the services it provides.  The President / CEO reports directly to the Board of Directors, engaging them in the organization's strategic picture and utilizing their insights into the communities they represent.  The President / CEO also will continue to foster strong relationships at the state and national levels.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Master's Degree in Public Health, Public Administration, Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least five years of demonstrated senior executive level experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center of other publicly supported system, such as Indian Health Services, is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of and experience with health care industry standards and practices for a large network, with emphasis on fiscal, operational, and delivery management.
  • Knowledge of and experience with federal and state safety net provider grants and the competitive grant process.
  • Knowledge of and experience with broad community-based outreach programs and services that improve the quality of life of the community's residents.
  • Proven capability to create an atmosphere of team spirit and cooperation, and a deep-seated willingness to work with others, especially health care and community partners.
