Resource Library

In partnership with Community Health Centers across the State of Michigan, and with the MidWest Clinicians Network, Michigan Primary Care Association is working diligently to bring together a Resource Library of clinical and operational policies, procedures, plans and best practices. This comprehensive library will house thousands of documents that will serve as examples for the continued development and expansion of Community Health Center programs across Michigan and the country! Check back often as additional resources are continually being added.
