Cindy Pfeiffer, President, Lead Learn Consulting, LLC, has been working in the areas of leadership development coaching and consulting for over 15 years. She works with individuals one on one, teams, and organizations to address their leadership needs. In recent years she has assisted more clients specifically with various aspects of preparing for the future leadership needs of their organizations. She has experience in a variety of industries, including for profit and nonprofit organizations, and has worked with several FQHC’s. Cindy holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development, and has completed certifications and additional study in numerous leadership assessment instruments and training programs.
