Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2015 Michigan Primary Care Association (MPCA) Annual Conference Sponsorship & Exhibitor Program. MPCA’s premier annual conference spans two days, August 30-September 1, at the beautiful Grand Traverse Resort in Acme, Michigan. The agenda will consist of general and breakout sessions designed for Michigan Health Center staff, (e.g. including executive leadership; medical, dental, and behavioral health providers; finance and operations officers; clinical directors; and board members). This year's conference theme is "Disruptive Innovation."
The Sponsorship & Exhibitor Program enhances the overall quality of the Annual Conference for the more than 175 estimated attendees, and also provides your organization with an important opportunity to maximize marketing and networking.
MPCA’s Sponsorship & Exhibitor Program consists of five different levels (Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze), depending on your organization’s needs, as well as for-profit and non-profit pricing.

Reservations can be made by calling 1-800-236-1577 and be sure to ask for the Michigan Primary Care Association room block to receive the discounted rates. The deadline to make reservations is July 29, 2015, before our room block is released to the general public. After this date, the discounted rate cannot be guaranteed, and rooms will be on a space available basis.
