You are invited to participate in the sponsorship program for MPCA’s Improving Patient Health – It Takes the Whole Team Fall Clinical Conference to be held on October 16, 2015 at the Suburban Collection Showcase, Diamond Center, Novi, Michigan. We anticipate an interdisciplinary audience of 150 participants from Health Centers (Federally Qualified Health Centers and Look-Alike FQHCs), Community Mental Health (CMH) organizations, and other safety net providers from around the state. We sincerely hope you can be a part of the event.
Sponsors will receive an eight foot display table to exhibit their organization and services that will be in a great location. The room will be frequently visited throughout the day during registration, meals and refreshment breaks, guaranteeing conference attendee will be mingling throughout the exhibition area. The day will feature at least two breaks and will allow time for attendees to move through the room as they move from general sessions to breakout rooms.
Sponsors and exhibitors will also be recognized during the event verbally and on the general session room signage and conference materials. Participants of the conference will be encouraged to take the time to visit exhibit tables.
The goal of the sponsor and exhibitor program is to enhance the overall quality of the conference and inform participants of services available to them to improve their organizational and outcome measures. Your sponsorship will be greatly appreciated throughout the event.

Door Prize Donation
We will be drawing for door prizes for those that stay through the closing general session. We ask that the sponsors bring the donation to the registration desk on October 16th or send it to MPCA by October 1st.
