Overview

What is your Health Center brand? Is it your logo? Is it your tagline? Is it a feeling? Is it your location? When you call reporters, do they know your name? When you talk to members of your community, what do they think about your Health Center? Do they know what you do - truly understand a Community Health Center? A brand can be all of these, but most important, a brand evokes an emotional appeal in regards to recognition of a name.

Gud Marketing, a marketing firm based in Lansing, Michigan, will present "Becoming a Brand Ambassador for Your Health Center". During the webinar, you'll learn the importance to Health Centers, how to develop brand ambassadors and how to deliver a consistent, effective message when speaking to a patient, a community member, during fundraisers, at speaking engagements and more.

Each Health Center has a need to build awareness in the community it serves, and Health Center staff, board members and even patients can be brand ambassadors. Attendees will be able to identify opportunities to communicate the value of your Health Center and how to integrate the Health Center brand into everyday activities.
