Michigan Primary Care Association is excited to host the first Michigan LGBT Health Summit: Meeting the Primary Care Needs of the Lesbian, Gay, Bi-sexual, and Transgender Population on June 13, 2016 at the Doubletree Hotel in Bay City, Michigan.
The agenda will focus on best practices from industry experts, innovative projects and transformative programs centering on providing quality care for the LGBT population in Michigan. The LGBT Summit will be a rewarding educational opportunity to increase competence and sensitivity for the LGBT population in Michigan, as well as raise awareness of the unique social determinants and health disparities faced by the LGBT population. We'll share the agenda as soon as it has been finalized.

Cancellations and refunds must be submitted in writing. Substitutions are accepted in lieu of cancellations. A 10% administrative fee is charged for all cancellation and refund requests. No refunds will be given within 5 business days of the event.

Be sure to let them know you are with the Michigan LGBT Health Summit room block. The hotel cannot guarantee MPCA's group rate for reservations after May 22 , 2016. Reservations made after this date will be on a space-available basis.
