Join us on April 16–17 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Lansing for MPCA's 2018 Spring Clinical Conference: “Insights to Making Community Health Centers the One-stop Shop for Health Care Services.”
The health care landscape is evolving at an incredible rate, making it more important than ever that health centers can respond quickly to whatever challenges arise. The conference will help health centers position themselves as leaders and innovators in population health with topics that include data quality and the role of analytics in population health management; relevant state and federal policies and procedures for clinical practice; emergency preparedness for infectious disease outbreaks; and ways to make the integrated health care delivery a possibility.
Preceding to the conference, on April 16, there will be an all-day clinical training focused on management of diabetes and multiple chronic diseases.
