Primary Health Care Profile of Michigan is designed to provide
communities, policy makers, and advocates with a demographic, economic,
health status, health resource, and health insurance status 'snapshot'
of primary health across Michigan at the county and state level.
All files are approximately 55K and in PDF format. If you need
the Acrobat Reader, one may be obtained free of charge from Adobe.
