Published by Michigan Primary Care Association in collaboration with the Michigan Department of Community Health and the Michigan Center for Rural Health and funded through the U.S. Public Health Service's Cooperative Agreement for Primary Health Care, the Primary Health Care Profile of Michigan is designed to provide communities, policy makers, and advocates with a demographic, economic, health status, health resource, and health insurance status 'snapshot' of primary health across Michigan at the county and state level.

All files are approximately 55K and in PDF format. If you need the Acrobat Reader, one may be obtained free of charge from Adobe. (Note: These profiles will undergo a few cosmetic changes within the next few months and be re-posted.)
