Michigan Primary Care Association has formed a network
of migrant health partners to better understand and respond
to the needs of migrant and seasonal farmworkers in Michigan.
Partners include the Michigan Migrant Health Centers and
local, state and national partners. The network meets
quarterly via teleconference three times per year with
one face-to -face meeting. |
