Health Innovation Grants Awarded to Two Michigan Health Centers

On October 26, 2015, the Michigan Department of Health & Human Services awarded more than $1 million in funds to 41 innovative health projects.
The Health Innovation Grants are intended to bridge the gap between creative, collaborative ideas and their implementation.
Two Michigan Health Centers, Family Medical Center of Michigan and Genesee Community Health Center, will receive $35,000 in one-time funds to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of health service delivery.
