Feature Story: Promote the Health Center Brand
In 2011 the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) launched the "Community of Community Health Centers" campaign - a national branding initiative to help position and promote Health Centers as a unified and nationwide network of quality providers. The changing health care environment is ushering in new financing and insurance structures, new marketplace players, increased competition for patients and doctors and other primary care workers, as well as a need for new and beneficial partnerships. For that reason, it is more important than ever that our Health Centers are readily identifiable and recognized for their nationwide presence, successful track record, unique service delivery model, and significant role in America's health care system.
As part of this campaign, NACHC has adopted a new FQHC brand identity mark to unify all communications developed by or related to all Health Center Program grantees and Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alikes. The logo is not intended to replace existing Health Center logos, but rather to supplement and unite those symbols nationwide. Click here for more information and to preview the logo.
