Michigan HIV Consultation Program provides free web- and phone-based consultation services offering advice from Henry Ford Hospital Infectious Disease Faculty Physicians on HIV disease management, prevention and exposure, PrEP, nPrEP, drug therapy and interaction concerns, and perinatal and pediatric HIV concerns.

Link-Up Detroit provides HIV-positive Detroiters not currently accessing HIV/AIDS care with individualized short-term, intensive support through referrals. Link-Up Detroit also acts as a community resource for medical providers who service HIV-positive patients who are in need of non-medical psycho-social support. Link-Up Detroit can connect providers and HIV-positive patients to community agencies that can provide services, such as peer support groups, transportation to medical appointments, financial aid, counseling, and more.
