Healthy Michigan Plan Second Waiver Advocacy Toolkit

As we prepare for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services decision on the Healthy Michigan Plan (HMP) Second Waiver, the Michigan Primary Care Association has developed a toolkit for Health Centers to use to create additional awareness centered on the impact the HMP has had on the state.
