June Health Awareness Events

It's hard to believe, but June arrives next week! During the month of June, there are two health awareness events that'll help bring awareness to the health issues men of all ages face every day.

The events can help raise visibility within your Health Center, among the patients you serve as well as within your community.

Men’s Health Month

  • Logos, poster, flyers and public service announcements are ready for use and available here.
  • A social media toolkit has been developed to help make posting on social media quick and easy. Click here to download the toolkit.

Men’s Health Week, June 13-19, 2016

  • National Men’s Health Week was passed by the Senate, the House of Representatives, and signed by the President in 1994. For more history on this historical week click here.
  • A social media toolkit has been developed to help make posting on social media quick and easy. The toolkit is available here.

If you host an event, have a staff activity and/or launch a Health Center project around the health awareness days, please send your information, photos, etc. to Alyssa Jones.
