Technical Assistance

Michigan Primary Care Association's technical assistance services help maintain and strengthen Michigan Community Health Centers (CHCs), provide surveillance, facilitate Health Center growth, improve clinical quality, leverage and enhance Health Center revenue, promote workforce development, and enhance the role of Health Centers as collaborating partners.

A technical assistance team consisting of experts from MPCA, the Michigan Department of Community Health, and the Michigan Center for Rural Health are available to answer questions regarding the grant process, provide an objective review of grant applications, and provide needs assessment data and maps for proposed service areas. The goal is to help increase the number of Bureau of Primary Health Care-funded new access point and service expansion applications from Michigan.

MPCA is also available to provide expert consultation in the areas listed below. Those interested in utilizing any of these resources are encouraged to contact Rebecca Cienki, MPCA's Director of Strategic Growth, at 517.827.0474 or by e-mail and she will make all necessary arrangements.
