  2023 Fall Clinical Conference | Navigating Population Health Management c
 onference that's taking place on November 2-3\, 2023\, in Lansing\, at the
  Crowne Plaza Lansing West. We have a limited number of exhibit tables ava
 ilable. This conference attracts around 120 clinicians\, quality improveme
 nt staff\, and some non-clinical support staff.\n\nWe hope you can join us

  2 only\nIf you are interested in exhibiting/sponsoring this event\, we wi
 ll have a limited number of exhibit tables available on Thursday\, Novembe
 r 2 only. The cost includes an 8-foot skirted table\, chair\, breakfast\, 
 lunch\, and afternoon snack and beverages throughout the day. Sponsors wil
 l be recognized during the conference\, along with signage in the conferen
 ce room during the event. You can register by selecting the ticket below.\
