SUMMARY:2024 MPCA Spring In-Person Network Meetings
DESCRIPTION:\nOverview\nMPCA is pleased to host our 2024 Spring In-Person N
 etwork Meeting taking place on Friday\, May 17\, at the Ann Arbor Marriott
  Ypsilanti at Eagle Crest. Each network will have their own all day sessio
 n and then everyone with come together at lunchtime and enjoy some network
 ing time.  The Migrant Farmworker Health Network will meet 1/2 day only.\
 n\n\n\nNetworks\n340B Pharmacy Network\nThe MPCA Pharmacy Network meeting 
 provides a valuable forum for engaging with fellow professionals from Mich
 igan health centers to connect\, exchange ideas\, and establish meaningful
  collaborations.  MPCA will offer insights into the latest updates\, regu
 lations\, and compliance requirements pertinent to the 340B program and ph
 armacy operations.  MPCA will showcase successful strategies\, innovative
  approaches\, and effective utilization of 340B savings to optimize pharma
 cy services and improve patient outcomes.  MPCA will also identify and di
 scuss prevalent challenges health centers face in managing their pharmacy 
 programs. Those who should attend are any health center staff that has res
 ponsibilities pertaining to Pharmacy Operations or 340B program. To view t

 ue Cycle Network\nJoin us as we gather revenue cycle and finance team memb
 ers from health centers across the state for an in-person networking meeti
 ng.  We will take this opportunity to connect\, share amongst peers and p
 rovide updates.  MPCA is excited to host the Hospital and Clinic Reimburs

 rgency Preparedness Network\nThe MPCA Emergency Preparedness Network train
 ing this year will focus on networking\, both internally and with external
  partners. Our guest speaker\, Dr. Tory Jennison PhD\, RN will present on 
 the science of networks\, network as resilience and building a community o
 f practice.  We will have breakout sessions scheduled to go over CMS requ
 irements for health centers\, and to review any new additions to the CMS E
 P Rule\, as well as more from our speaker on tools and job aids designed t
 o make your networks function smoothly. We’ll end the day with a work se
 ssion to develop an exercise template that draws on the networking lessons
  learned\, and implementing some of the tools and aids we’ve handed out\
 , including some discussion on out of the box exercise design thinking on 
 financial exercises from Alan Malesky – Great Lakes Bay Health Center. .
  We have also put aside some dedicated time for our attendees to network a

 armworker Health Network | 10 a.m.-2 p.m.\nThis in-person\, half-day meeti
 ng brings together the Migrant Farmworker Health Network for a day of lear
 ning\, sharing\, and dialogue with health center peers. This working meeti
 ng looks to prepare health centers for the 2024 agricultural season and le
 verage health center expertise and program experience to enrich engagement
  with migrant and seasonal farmworker communities. Health centers are aske
 d to bring information on staffing models\, mobile clinic workflows\, and
