Strategies to Improve Health Center Performance in a Value-Based Environment – Clinical Standardization

An essential component and major contributor to increasing efficiency and effectiveness (ie: Quality) and productivity is the implementation and utilization of standardization in the health center model of care delivery, programs, processes, workflows, data sets, etc. Participants will learn: The role of standardization in driving Quality and Productivity. Critical steps for developing and implementing Clinical Standardization. The role of data in measuring and sustaining standardization to drive performance.
