Webinar Overview

Staff Wellness, Sleep and Stress

This webinar will introduce Peer Recovery Coaches and Community Health Workers to the full series as well as the 8 dimensions of wellness. The wellness in the 8 dimensions provide a lens to focus positively on our strengths and needs. Balance, or imbalances, in one wellness dimension can affect other dimensions. This series will focus on staff wellness, sleep and stress. During the series, resources for ongoing wellness self-care exploration will be reviewed.
