Michigan Primary Care Association (MPCA) will be hosting an "Innovations in Substance Use Disorder Fall Training" at the H Hotel in Midland, on September 5-6, 2019. This training aims to provide information on improving your substance use disorder program in a primary care setting. Topics during the day will include addressing harm reduction and polysubstance use, utilizing a nurse care manager and care team to improve patient outcomes, understanding patient selection for medication assisted treatment, and sharing best practices. Please join us to learn more about how you can deliver high quality services to your patient population!

There is no cost to attend, but registration is required. Breakfast and lunch will be included each day.

Be sure to ask for the Michigan Primary Care Association room block. The H Hotel cannot guarantee the discounted rate after August 19, and any reservations made after this date will be based on a space-available basis.
