Now more than ever, healthcare workers are experiencing compassion fatigue and burnout with little time to think about themselves. This webinar will explore techniques of self-compassion to begin practicing self-care in a stressful environment.

Sarah Fraley, LMSW

Sarah Fraley is a Training and Implementation Specialist Lead with the Department of Psychiatry at Michigan Medicine. She holds a master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan School of Social Work along with a certificate in Integrated Behavioral Health and Primary Care. Sarah is a MINT, (Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers), trained Motivational Interviewing facilitator with a special interest in chronic care and behavior change. Sarah studies Self-Compassion and Mindfulness applying the components to her private psychotherapy practice.
