Webinar Overview

On September 6th, you will be able to test your emergency operations plans with our CMS- compliant Virtual Tabletop with your health center staff. For the Virtual Tabletop Exercise, MPCA members will receive: 

1) Tabletop Exercise Objective Document: The tabletop exercise objective document is a simplified exercise plan that will allow you to identify which elements of your emergency plan you will exercise via the virtual tabletop exercise process.  

2) Participation in a CMS-compliant webinar-based virtual tabletop exercise: Connect Consulting Services, Inc. staff will facilitate a tabletop exercise that elicit participation of each of the MPCA members. 

3) Tabletop exercise PowerPoint sample and After Action Report (AAR) template: The tabletop exercise and AAR templates will allow you to conduct a CMS- compliant tabletop exercise at your health center.
