DESCRIPTION:\n\nOverview\nAt the in-person 2026 MCHN VBC Kick-Off Meeting (
 formerly called MCHN Regional Meeting)\, health center leadership teams wi
 ll develop their center-specific MCHN 2026 performance strategy with the f
 ollowing support: prepared health center data\, collaboration with other h
 ealth centers\, MPCA staff support\, and decision-making tools. Key compli
 ance and network-wide strategy information will also be reviewed and discu
 ssed\; therefore\, it’s an MCHN network requirement that at least 1 heal
 th center leader attend from each health center\; however\, it’s highly 
 encouraged to bring the team members necessary for productive team collabo
