 \, 2025\, to attend MCHN's Regional Meeting that will be taking place at t
 he TreeTops Resort in Gaylord.\n\nThe MCHN Regional Meeting will provide h
 ealth center leadership teams critical strategy setting information for th
 e upcoming year. Topics include an overview of the structures and earning 
 opportunities contained in our value-based contracts\, supportive services
  offered by the network\, focus measures and clinical performance prioriti
 es\, provider engagement\, perspectives on future opportunities\, and othe
 r information useful to your teams for maximizing the value of the network
  for your health center.\n\nThis year the agenda will also include a discu
 ssion on the status of the PPS APM\, which we expect to be implemented in 
 late 2025/early 2026.  While the PPS APM is not a network initiative\, we
  feel it aligns with the goals of the network and will be valuable to shar
 e information on this effort from the perspective of MCHN.\n\n\n\nWho Shou
