DESCRIPTION:\nSave the Date:\nMobile Health on the Move\, a Michigan workin
 g session on expanding access through mobile care.\n\nA team from Mission 
 Mobile Medical is coming to Lansing on Monday\, August 31 and Traverse Cit
 y on Tuesday\, September 1\, and we'd love for you to join us either day. 
 The Mission Mobile team builds\, advises\, and runs mobile health programs
  across the country\, and they'll share what makes these programs work\, i
 ncluding how to design one\, how to reach people who are missing care\, an
 d how to keep a clinic running on the road. This is a working session\, so
  expect real conversation\, not a lecture\, with plenty of time for questi
 ons and discussion with others in the field. Light breakfast and lunch wil
 l be provided. More details to come.\n\nGoal: Bring together community hea
 lth centers and other healthcare leaders throughout the state of Michigan 
 to explore and support opportunities to start or expand mobile health prog
 rams.\n\nWho should consider attending:\n\n 	community health centers\n 	s
