DESCRIPTION:\nOverview\nMark your calendars for the annual Uniform Data Sys
 tem (UDS) Training that will be conducted virtually in a series of two (2)
  trainings as follows. Participants should plan to attend both sessions fo
 r a full and comprehensive understanding of the complete UDS report. Each

 se.\n\n\n\nTrainer: Sarah D. Cruthirds\, MS\nSarah D. Cruthirds\, MS\, is 
 a dedicated public health professional with more than 7 years of experienc
 e in health center operations and data reporting. As an Associate II at Jo
 hn Snow Inc. (JSI)\, she plays a pivotal role in the Uniform Data Systems 
 (UDS) project\, overseeing the review and analysis of health center annual
  reports. Her responsibilities at JSI include providing detailed training 
 and technical assistance\, alongside data analysis and client reporting t
 o support health centers. Currently\, as a Uniform Data Systems Reviewer a
 t JSI\, Sarah is responsible for meticulously reviewing health centers' 
 UDS annual reports\, ensuring accuracy in clinical\, operational\, and fis
 cal data. Her expertise also extends to facilitating training and tech
 nical assistance for partners and clients through the HITEQ Center\, spe
 cializing in social needs data\, eCQM reporting\, and Data Governance.\n
