 pplicable skill-building program is held through Zoom one morning per week
  for 5 weeks. Managers and supervisors at all levels develop and strengthe
 n critical skills necessary to successfully navigate their roles in today'
 s increasingly challenging health center environment.\n\nParticipants Gain

 h the right skills and fit for the long-term.\n • Coach and develop empl

  pitfalls when managing employees.\n • Create and sustain a culture of c
 ustomer service.\n• Drive accountability and deliver results.\n\nTarget 
 Audience:\nThis training is ideal for first-time managers or supervisors w
 ith 18 months of experience or less\, as well as more experienced managers
  looking to refresh and hone their skills.\n\nDate and Times:\nThis is a 5
 -week course and attendance at all sessions is required (with reasonable e
 xceptions). The course will be held January 18 – February 15\, 2024 from

 a webcam is not available\, Zoom has an excellent app that enables partici

 ff from Federally Qualified Health Centers and other health centers across
  the country. She specializes in two areas of focus: strengthening the man
 agement and supervisory skills of health center managers at all levels and
  assisting health centers to create a culture of customer service. Lisa br

  to her work with community health organizations and is known for facilita
 ting immediately applicable results as well as lasting impact to strengthe
