DESCRIPTION:\n\n&nbsp\;\nThis event is for MPCA members and invited special
  guests only\n&nbsp\;\nOverview\nMPCA’s Coverage Support and Outreach Co
 mmunity Monthly Virtual Meetings provide a dedicated space for Michigan co
 mmunity health center staff to stay informed\, connected\, and supported a
 s the healthcare landscape continues to evolve in response to the provisio
 ns in H.R. 1.\n\nIn particular\, these 60-minute virtual sessions will pre
 pare health centers for changes impacting Healthy Michigan Plan enrollees 
 with more frequent Medicaid redeterminations\, exemption or hardship crite
 ria\, and work requirements reporting. The Coverage Support and Outreach C
 ommunity will also tackle some broader insurance coverage needs as well.\n
 \nParticipants will gain the knowledge\, tools\, and guidance needed to pr
 otect patients at risk of losing insurance coverage. During our time toget
 her\, we will discuss practical strategies across leadership\, finance\, o
 perations\, patient engagement and outreach\, communications\, data\, and 
 technology to help health centers meet this moment in healthcare.\n\n\n\nT
 arget Audience\nThis monthly community meeting is ideal for CHC senior lea
 ders\, outreach and enrollment team members\, population health and qualit
 y managers\, HIT specialists\, clinic and operations leaders\, and organiz
 ational leadership dedicated to strengthening coverage continuity.\n\n\n\n
