DESCRIPTION:\nThis event is open to MPCA member organizations only.\nOvervi
 ew\nMPCA’s Bi-Monthly Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Office Hours a
 re designed to provide an informal\, interactive space for health center s
 taff to connect around the day-to-day implementation and operations of MTM
  services.\n\nThese sessions function as open office hours\, allowing part
 icipants to ask questions\, share challenges\, and exchange practical stra
 tegies related to MTM program development\, billing and reimbursement\, do
 cumentation and workflows\, staffing models\, quality improvement\, and in
 tegration with broader pharmacy and care team activities. Topics may also 
 include payer requirements\, performance metrics\, and aligning MTM servic
 es with value-based care initiatives.\n\nRather than a formal presentation
 \, MTM Office Hours are intentionally flexible and discussion-driven\, sha
 ped by participant questions and real-time needs. MPCA staff may share bri
 ef updates\, tools\, or resources as appropriate\, but the primary focus i
 s peer learning and problem-solving.\n\n\n\nWho Should Attend\nThese offic
 e hours are intended for staff directly involved in MTM service delivery o
 r program management\, including:\n\n 	Clinical Pharmacists providing MTM 
 services\n 	MTM Program Managers and Coordinators\n 	Pharmacy Technicians 
 supporting MTM workflows\n 	Care team members involved in medication manag
 ement or chronic disease management\n 	Billing\, finance\, or quality staf
 f supporting MTM reimbursement and reporting\n\nHealth centers with establ
 ished MTM programs as well as those exploring or building MTM services are
