Comprehensive Management of Substance Use Disorders in Primary Care: From Prevention to Treatment


You are invited to participate in the Sponsorship & Exhibitor Program for the 2016 Comprehensive Management of Substance Use Disorder in Primary Care: From Prevention to Treatment conference to be held on Wednesday, October 19, 2016, at the Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center in Lansing, MI from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm ET. We anticipate an interdisciplinary audience of approximately 100 - 150 participants including Federally Qualified Health Center (FCHC) staff, Community Mental Health (CMH) staff, and other safety net providers from around the state.


The goal pf the sponsor and exhibitor programs is to enhance the overall quality of the conference and inform participants of services available to them to improve their organizational and outcome measures. Your sponsorship will be greatly appreciated throughout the event.


Sponsorship & Exhibitor Opportunities

The exhibit area will be visited frequently throughout the day during registration, meals, and refreshment breaks, guaranteeing networking time with conference attendees. The day will feature at least two breaks and will allow time for attendees to move throughout the room as they transition from general sessions to breakout sessions. Sponsors and exhibitors will be recognized in the official on-site materials and announced during the conference. The following opportunities are available:


Flat Exhibitor Fee (4 Spaces Available): $500

  • 1 Person - breakfast, lunch, covered table and mention in program

Sponsorship Fee (2 Spaces Available): $500

  • 1 person - breakfast, lunch, covered table and mention in program
  • Organizational materials included in meeting packet
  • Logo included on select signage


Exhibit Schedule

Set-up: 7:00 - 8:00 am
Take-down: 2:15 pm



Registration and Payment

Payment can be made by credit card or check. Checks should be made payable to MPCA and sent to 7215 Westshire Dr, Lansing MI 48917, along with a copy of your invoice.


  • Please be prepared to provide a brief description of your organization that will appear in the conference program.
  • Email you organization's logo (high resolution, full-color, 300 dpi TIFF, JPEG, PDF or vector image) to no later than Friday, September 16, 2016 so we can be sure it is included in the conference materials
