Hereditary Breast and Ovarian Cancer: Is Your Patient at High-Risk is a case-based CME activity designed to improve primary care providers' ability to identify, evaluate, and manage patients at-risk for hereditary breast ovarian cancer.

The free web-based training is available online until October 19, 2016, and was developed by collaborators from the Michigan Department of Community Health, Georgia and Oregon Departments of Health, National Coalition of Health Professional Education in Genetics (now Jackson Labs), and the Division of Cancer Prevention and Control at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. In addition to case studies, the program includes links to a number of helpful hereditary breast ovarian cancer risk assessment tools and resources. Physicians can earn up to 2 Category 1 CME credits, free of charge. CME is administered through Michigan State University.
