What You’ll Do
As a member of our interdisciplinary care team, you will:
- Provide comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy to students and families.
- Collaborate with primary care providers, school staff, and families to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
- Identify students at risk and implement early intervention strategies.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
- Connect students and families with community resources and specialty mental health services.
- Participate in IEP meetings, school conferences, community committees, and outreach events.
- Provide classroom education, behavioral health presentations, and prevention programming.
- Help strengthen our behavioral health program through quality improvement initiatives and staff education.
- Supervise social work interns as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Current Michigan Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
- Current BLS Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- Valid Michigan Driver’s License
