Our Services
The Michigan Primary Care Association (MPCA) is the voice of 50 member health centers that provide
healthcare through over 400 locations across the state and serve one in every 14 Michigan residents.
We champion health and social policies that support health centers and the people they serve, foster
collaboration among members and with external partners, support health centers in the continuous pursuit
of high-quality, patient-centered services, and contribute to solutions that address barriers faced by health
center patients in attaining their highest level of health. Our current strategic plan was developed as a
set of high-level, long-range strategic goals organized in five focus areas.

We support our member health centers with value-based care delivery and payment models to promote higher quality, patient satisfaction at a lower total cost of care.

We support our member health centers with health information technology and data solutions, allowing them to deliver high-quality integrated care to their communities.

We offer our member health centers information and resources relevant to Workforce development efforts.

We provide our member health centers training and technical assistance on a variety of topics.

We influence and advance policy that underpins thriving and sustainable health center services.
