Overview

At the in-person 2026 MCHN VBC Kick-Off Meeting (formally called MCHN Regional Meeting), health center leadership teams will develop their center-specific MCHN 2026 performance strategy with the following support: prepared health center data, collaboration with other health centers, MPCA staff support, and decision-making tools. Key compliance and network-wide strategy information will also be reviewed and discussed; therefore, it’s an MCHN network requirement that at least 1 health center leader attend from each health center; however, it’s highly encouraged to bring the team members necessary for productive team collaboration and decision-making.
