Billing Managers' Network

This group is open to billing managers, billing/coding staff, patient accounts staff and organizations in the FQHC development process. It consists of a Listserv for the discussion of health center billing topics, and periodic meetings are held which allows group dialogue on critical billing issues.

Billing Champions' Network

The Billing group discusses and troubleshoots with one another on health center revenue cycle topics on a monthly basis.

Finance Network Roundtable

The Finance group consists of a listserv of CFOs and their peers for the discussion of health center finance topics.

Enabling Services Network

Join the Enabling Services group which meets bi-monthly to discuss critical updates and share information.

Quality Improvement Directors Peer Network

This Network provides education, training and resources to support quality leaders with the incorporation of value transformation into their quality improvement plans. Meetings are monthly on the first Thursday (11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.).

MPCA Emergency Preparedness Network

This email listserv connects you with emergency management peers from Michigan health centers, and keeps you up to date on the latest, information and resources regarding emergency preparedness and response.

Pharmacy MTM Group

This Network meets quarterly on the third Thursday from 1-2 p.m.

Patient Outreach & Engagement Group

This user group featuring Luma Health meets the third Thursday (3 p.m. – 4 p.m.) of the second month of each quarter.

Chief Medical Officers Network

This group meets the second Wednesday of every other month from 7 a.m. – 8 a.m.

Operations Network

Officers and directors in the Operations Network conduct a monthly call on the second Tuesday from 10 a.m. – 11 a.m.

Integrated Health Network

This Workgroup conducts monthly meetings on Monday mornings from 9 a.m. – 10 a.m.

Immunizations Network

Clinical staff are invited to join this meeting on the second Wednesday of each month from 12 to 12:30 p.m.

Integrated Data System User Group

A partner with MPCA, the Azara/IDS user group meets the second Wednesday monthly from 11 a.m. to noon.

HR/Workforce Peer Network

This Network is open to health center human resource and workforce staff and meets bi-monthly to connect, learn and share information.

Dental Directors Meeting

All dental department leadership is welcome to discuss oral health-related updates that are regularly provided by MPCA staff. This group meets the fourth Tuesday every two months from 4 p.m. – 5 p.m.

Community Health Workers Group

The MCHN/MPCA CHW Network hosts a monthly call on the last Friday of every month from 11 a.m. to noon.

CEO Exchange Group

Member health center chief executive officers meet to discuss relevant topics.

Cancer Connections Network

This group has varied meeting frequencies to share information about cancer screening, cancer events around the state, and other important updates from the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services and American Cancer Society.

MQIN Quarterly EHR and EDR User Groups

The Michigan Quality Improvement Network (MQIN) hosts quarterly Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Electronic Dental Records (EDR) user groups, are held the first month of each quarter. | eClinicalWorks user group meets the fourth Tuesday, 11 a.m.-12 p.m. | Nextgen user group meets the fourth Wednesday, 2-3 p.m. | athenaPractice user group meets the third Thursday, 11 a.m.-12 p.m. | Dentrix user group meets the first Wednesday, 1-2 p.m. | MQIN will host a quarterly webinar the third month of each quarter
