We are excited to host the MPCA 2023 Annual Conference in-person at the Grand Traverse Resort in Acme, MI. Our health center leadership and their teams are ready to get together and connect with colleagues from throughout the state.

And you are an important part of the conference. Conference attendees look forward to interacting with you to learn more about the latest products and services to help with health center operations and providing care to their patients in the most efficient way possible.

The following page outlines the benefits of MPCA’s Diamond, Gold, Silver, and Bronze sponsorship levels. We are agreeable to working with you to create the package that provides the benefits that will be most valuable to you and your company. As you know, our member health centers are always looking for ways to improve outcomes and operational efficiencies.

In addition to the Diamond, Gold, Silver, and Bronze sponsorship levels, we offer a variety of opportunities during the Annual Conference for you to highlight your company.

Dinner Invitation: Exhibitors are invited to attend Wed, Sept 27, BBQ dinner being held outside. There will be outdoor fun activities and we have reserved “The Den” for our group for three hours. It is located inside the hotel. Check out the agenda for more details. Two sponsorships are available for this event.

Exhibitor’s Day is Thursday, September 28

• Set-up day/time: Wednesday, September 27, from 4-8 p.m. or Thursday, September 28,  6:45 – 7:45 a.m.
• Tear down: Thursday, September 28, 5:00 p.m.

• Exhibitor table numbers with room layout. Diamond sponsors will have first choice to select their table number, then Gold, Silver and Bronze. We will update the diagram at the end of the day of the tables that are available.
• Please send us a brief description of your organization, website address and a high-quality copy of your logo. This will be added to our event page.

Hotel Rates |  Discounted rates have been extended to September 5

• Hotel – $219/per night, plus tax and resort fee
• Tower –  $279/per night, plus tax and resort fee||
• Resort fee: $18.95: This is a daily rate which includes, unlimited use of resort fitness center, whirlpools, saunas and indoor pools, seasonal access to outdoor pools, and beachfront facilities, preferred guest pricing for the golf courses and tennis facilities, in-room coffee, high-speed internet access in guest rooms and condominiums, shuttle service to/from airport and casino, daily newspaper upon request, golf bag storage, and parking.
• Hotel rates are for two (2) adults. More than two, add $15/pp, per night.

  Reservations can be made online here. The group rate will be honored two (2) days before arrival and two (2) days after departure, based on availability.
