Overview
The Michigan Primary Care Association (Michigan’s PCA and HCCN) and Michigan Community Health Network (Michigan’s Clinically Integrated Network or CIN) launched a joint five-year strategic plan in late 2023 with five strategic focus areas- Value-Based Care Delivery, Health Information Technology and Data, People, Workforce, and Training, Health Center Resilience and Excellence, and Government Affairs and Advocacy.
Our strategic focus areas contain ambitious, multi-year goals and each year we bring member organizations together to review the plan, share progress, ensure our efforts are aligned and on track, consider the current landscape and environment, and strategize together to adjust the plan as needed. This year, we have condensed the annual strategy meeting to a half-day meeting, given greater strategy maturity as we reach the midpoint of the five-year plan.
Who should attend?
Member organization CEOs or the equivalent role (or their designee) are invited to participate.
