Overview
Michigan Quality Improvement Network (MQIN) is pleased to host the 7th Annual MQIN Champion Summit at The James B. Henry Center for Executive Development in East Lansing. This event will take place on Wednesday, July 9 from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
We encourage your health center MQIN Champion, and an additional member of your team responsible for Azara use, to attend the summit. The Champion can register up to two (2) additional members from their Health Center to attend with them.
Azara Training
We will again this year offer opportunities to learn more about how to maximize the use of Azara and gain insight into mapping deeper data points and using some of the underutilized functionality available. Azara will provide information on Risk Management, the MPCA Risk Algorithm, and how to utilize RAF gaps. Azara will also share best practices available to support pre-natal/post-partum care and what additional mappings are available to support managing your OB populations. We will make time available for you to engage with others using the same EHR to share how you may be using some of the functionality discussed and get support for setting up and mapping to support its use.
Agenda
Please use this link to view the finalized agenda.
Azara support staff will be available throughout the day for technical assistance and support.
