The AAFP has reviewed 2025 MPCA Value-based Care, Clinical Services and Quality Conference and deemed it acceptable for up to 13.00 Live AAFP Elective credit(s). Term of Approval is from 05/20/2025 to 05/21/2025. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
