Overview

This training will focus on care management and behavioral health integration, Collaborative Care Management (CoCM), coding, reimbursement and Medicaid Health Plan Care Management and Care Coordination Programs.

Learning Objectives:

• Discussion of Care Management workflow and behavioral health integration between teams
• Understanding of General Behavioral Health Integration and associated activities
• Review of the Psychiatric Collaborative Care Management Model or CoCM
• Understanding the eligibility and reimbursement for both General Behavioral Health and Psychiatric Collaborative Care Management/CoCM Services
• Understanding of Medicaid Health Plan Care Management/Care Coordination Programs and reimbursement.
