Overview

For our functional exercise this year we are focusing on Health Resources and Services Administration [HRSA] Operational Status reporting. This is when a health center is reporting via the PCA any emergencies or issues that impact service delivery or may require a change to scope of work for one or more of your facilities. We’ll go over timelines, requirements and best practices and allow members to walk through exercise activities at their facilities while our EP staff remain available virtually via Zoom to assist with questions, discuss concerns or act as your community partner for reporting. We’ll do a short exercise briefing to start and then join back up at the end for a group hotwash and After-Action Report.
