Overview

The topic for this year is Hazard Vulnerability Assessments [HVA]. We’ll talk about some of the tools out there for you to use, beyond the Kaiser Permanente standard, including the American Society for Health Care Engineering [ASHE] HVA tool, and the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response [ASPR] RISC 2.0 tool, the information you are getting from your HVAs year to year, and why it’s important to tie your work there with your Security Risk Assessment [SRA] and ongoing Risk Management activities at your facility.
