You are invited to exhibit and/or sponsor at MPCA’s 2023 Fall Clinical Conference | Navigating Population Health Management conference that’s taking place on November 2-3, 2023, in Lansing, at the Crowne Plaza Lansing West. We have a limited number of exhibit tables available. This conference attracts around 120 clinicians, quality improvement staff, and some non-clinical support staff.

Exhibitor and Sponsorship Opportunities – Exhibit Day is November 2 only

If you are interested in exhibiting/sponsoring this event, we will have a limited number of exhibit tables available on Thursday, November 2 only. The cost includes an 8-foot skirted table, chair, breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack and beverages throughout the day. Sponsors will be recognized during the conference, along with signage in the conference room during the event. You can register by selecting the ticket below.

• $350 – Exhibitor (non-profit) – 1 registrant can attend
• $500 – Exhibit table (for profit) – 1 registrant can attend
• $750 – Sponsorship – 2 registrants can attend

• Set-up time: 7:30 – 8:00 a.m.
• Tear down time: 4:00 p.m.

Directions 

We have a small block of hotel rooms reserved at a discounted rate of $141, plus tax, for our group at the Crowne Plaza Lansing West. Reservations can be made by calling 877-322-5544. Be sure to ask for the Michigan Primary Care Association group.
