We look forward to welcoming you to the Michigan Primary Care Association’s 2023 MPCA Annual Conference  September 27-29, (Wednesday-Friday).  We are heading north again to the beautiful Grand Traverse Resort!

Conference Highlights

• Health Center Leadership Summit – This workshop-style event will have dynamic speakers who will delve into leadership development, change management, and improving workplace culture and well-being. For more information on “Who Should Attend” and “How to Prepare for the Event” click here. (Wed)
• Welcome BBQ Dinner held outside under yellow tent Pavilion.  Explore “The Den” located inside Grand Traverse Resort. Includes an escape room, boutique bowling, virtual reality, axe throwing, and arcade (Wed)
• Conference breakout topics in Value-based Care Delivery, Health Information Technology and Data, and Health Center Resilience and Excellence (Wed/Thurs)
• Network with exhibitors and sponsors (Thurs)
• Opening general session Tyler Merritt, speaker, author, actor. (Thurs)
• Optional and additional fee – Wine tasting at local winery, plus dinner afterwards. Pre-registration required for planning purposes. Space is limited. (Thurs)

Exhibitor and Sponsorship Opportunities

There will be exhibitor and sponsorship opportunities available with our exhibit day slated for Thursday, September 28, from 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Please use this link for additional information and registration fee options available to exhibitors.

Registration

Please find below the breakdown of the registration fee options available for registrants:

• $620 – Health Center Member – Leadership Summit and Annual Conference (September 27th, 28th, and 29th)
• $595 – Health Center Member – Annual Conference (September 28th and 29th)
• $400 – Health Center Member Single Day Only  (Either September 27th, or 28th or 29th) – Indicate which day when registering
• $795 – Non Health Center Member – Annual Conference (September 28th and 29th)
• $600 – Non-Health Center Member – Single Day Only (Either September 28th or 29th)
• Last day to register will be Thursday, September 21
• Cancellation policy: Cancellations and refunds must be submitted in writing. Substitutions are accepted in lieu of cancellations. A 10% administrative fee is charge for all cancellations and refund requests. No refunds will be given after September 21.

• Hotel – $219/per night, plus tax and resort fee
• Tower – $279/per night, plus tax and resort fee
• Hotel rates are for two (2) adults. More than two, add $15/pp, per night.
• Resort fee: $18.95: This is a daily rate which includes, unlimited use of resort fitness center, whirlpools, saunas and indoor pools, seasonal access to outdoor pools, and beachfront facilities, preferred guest pricing for the golf courses and tennis facilities, in-room coffee, high-speed internet access in guest rooms and condominiums, shuttle service to/from airport and casino, daily newspaper upon request, golf bag storage, and parking.
