Overview
Mergers and acquisitions among health centers can strengthen services, expand reach, and ensure long-term sustainability- if they are carefully planned and executed.
This session will guide participants through the HRSA Successor-In-Interest (SII) process, addressing operational, cultural, workforce, and service area considerations essential for successful implementation.
We will explore how to ensure that visions and missions align, strategies for engaging boards and staff, and the operational steps necessary to transition services smoothly.
Participants will gain practical tools to assess merger readiness, understand compliance requirements, and develop a roadmap for post-merger integration that preserves mission while strengthening operations.
Target Audience
This session is designed for health center leadership teams, including CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CMOs, and board leaders.
