Overview

This LIVE virtual series presents a comprehensive program designed to inspire transformation in SUD/AUD care by equipping healthcare leaders and teams with the tools, skills, and confidence they need to lead with purpose and drive meaningful change. By strengthening leadership at every level, fostering collaboration, and embedding a structured framework for progress, the program creates sustainable processes that improve outcomes for patients, professionals, and the organizations they serve.

What Would you Learn?

The series will:

  • Empower Healthcare Teams: Equip interprofessional care teams (providers, administrators, and staff) with leadership skills to enhance engagement, collaboration, and patient care.
  • Improve Care Quality: Strengthen confidence and competence in delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care, treating SUD/AUD as a chronic disease.
  • Address Systemic Barriers: Enhance patient and staff experiences and ensure equitable access to SUD/AUD care services.

  • Session 3: Developing a Personal Leadership Growth Plan for SUD Management  (June 5 from 11:45 am to 1:00 pm)
  • Session 4: The Leader as a Change Agent: Leading Through Chaos, Transformation, and Innovation  (June 26 from 11:45 am to 1:00 pm)
  • Session 5: Followership and Empowerment: Empowering Teams to Implement SUD Care (August 21 from 11:45 am to 1:00 pm)
  • Session 6: Shaping Yor Leadership Path: Finalizing Your Leadership Development Plan (August 28 from 11:45 am to 1:00 pm)

Continuing Education

Application for CME credit has been filed with the American Academy of Family Physicians. Determination of credit is pending. Application for CE credit has been submitted to the NASW-Michigan Chapter.
